All individual policies for both United Healthcare & Cigna need to be verified for Acupuncture services as a covered benefit for each particular policy holder. It is best to call our office @ 407-900-7259 so that we may verify and determine if Acupuncture services are a covered benefit for your specific policy along with determining if any copay and deductible amounts may apply for your particular policy. We will need your name (as it appears on your insurance card), your member ID, your date of birth, and the toll free provider telephone number in order to perform insurance verification. Once verified we can than schedule your appointment. Please refer to our specific submenu section( Cigna ) for Acupuncture coverage guidelines for Cigna insurance policy holders. Please allow us 24 hours for insurance verification of your benefits.
